The company I work for, CIMA Labs, has an opening in the group I work for that I thought I'd post, just in case it's the kind of thing that anyone on here would be interested in. Please pass it on to anyone who would be interested. The job would be full time, and includes benefits. I don't know what the pay scale for this sort of job would be, but if you or anyone you know is interested I can put you in touch with our HR department. One thing that the job description doesn't mention, is that the work would probably include some labwork (though it would be labwork lite -- weight and hardness testing on our products, time for them to disintegrate in water, things like that).
Stability Coordinator
The primary function of the Stability Coordinator is to be responsible for the coordination and handling of samples and documentation supporting commercial and developmental stability programs. High school graduate (some college preferred) and at least two years experience in handling documentation in an FDA-regulated environment is preferred. The individual must possess a working knowledge of various software applications including databases, word processors and spreadsheets. Must be fluent in utilizing Microsoft Word and database applications such as Paradox or Access. The position requires a person who is detail-oriented and precise with excellent proofreading, writing and communication skills. This person should have the ability to work with multi-disciplinary scientific terminology. In addition, this individual should be capable of initiating a wide variety of tasks independently with minimal supervision.
