Postage Question

I'm sending a Hannukah card to the son of a member of my synagogue who is serving in Irag (they published his military mail call in the bulletin at services on Saturday). Does anyone know what kind of postage I put on it? The mail call doesn't include the country of deployment in it - so does anyone know if there's any sort of standard postage for mailing to military mail calls overseas?
