Last night for dinner I made spaghetti squash with pesto. While I've had spaghetti squash numerous times before, I've never cooked one myself.

Holy crap does one spaghetti squash make a lot of food. It made about 5 entree sized portions (at least for me, I've been told I eat smaller portions than most so ymmv). I'm eating one of the portions for lunch today, and I froze the rest of them for later consumption. It came out really well, particularly with the addition of a little shredded mozzarella cheese today. But, I am worried that if I try to eat all of the leftovers this week, I will get sick of the dish and will never want to eat it again.
