Date: 2004-01-14 02:12 pm (UTC)2. I am nowhere near stupid enough to say anything but yes here.

Date: 2004-01-14 08:05 pm (UTC)Does it have to be an original nickname? Because I was always fond of "Abigator."
2. Am I lovable?
Of course!
3. How long have you known me?
Twenty-seven years, two months, and some days.
4. When and how did we first meet?
Dad said, "That one's your sister." I had no clue which baby he was pointing at, but after a few minutes of trying to figure out which one he meant, I pretended I did and admired you.
5. What was your first impression?
They all look alike to me...
6. Do you still think that way about me now?

9. What makes me happy?
Getting to see distant friends.

Stronger. I like you much better than I did when I was nine and you were six. Or when I was fifteen and you were in your New Kids on the Block stage.
19. Could you talk to me about anything and have me listen?
You've done a good job of at least pretending to listen to everything I've said to you recently.
20. If I ran across this in your LJ, what interesting might I say about you? If I've already filled this out in your LJ, what answer surprised or intrigued you the most?
I have no idea. I suppose I could go post this in my LJ but that would mean I'd have to post to my LJ, and the lack of comments (I mean, who checks a LJ that hasn't been posted to in four months?) would depress me.

You do know that if you actually list people as friends, any new entries by them will show up on your "friends page", don't you? Ergo, the people who have you listed as a friend don't have to make a concious effort to go check whether you've updated, because it just shows up when they read their friends page for that day.
Hmm...
Date: 2004-01-14 08:51 pm (UTC)1. Ur-huh! Because that's what happens when I press your nose.
2. Of course.
3. 8 years.
4. I don't remember the moment, but I was probably wandering around East dorm in September 1995 meeting all the new frosh.
5. Again, I don't remember the moment, but I probably thought you were quiet, playful, and kinda cute.
6. Mostly yes, but I also know a lot more of the depth of your personality, too.
7. Fantasizing about ballroom dance. All I have to do is play that one song from Moulin Rouge...
8. Yep.
9. You mean, besides dancing? Sushi, of course. And nieces. :)
10. Not much, as far as I can tell. War, death, famine, and pestilence, I suppose.
11. Sushi. Jewish girls. Minneapolis. Exotic birds. Cirque de Soleil (or however it's spelled).
12. A great big fluffy stuffed animal to put on your bed. Maybe a macaw, if I could find one.
13. Reasonably well; we haven't spent too much time together, but I'm a pretty open person.
14. Thanksgiving weekend.
15. Nope.
16. No way! Not even to save someone else.
17. Easygoing.
18. It got a little weaker for a while after I graduated, but now it's staying the same.
19. Well... not *anything*... but almost. :)
20. You'd probably make it a point to mention how I'm an Erasure fanatic.

Re: Hmm...
Date: 2004-01-22 10:54 am (UTC)I think that the first place I remember meeting you was in choir. I remember talking about where we were from, and for a while the only thing I really knew about you was that you were someone else from the great white north.
12. A great big fluffy stuffed animal to put on your bed. Maybe a macaw, if I could find one.
Egads! No macaws! Do you want me to have my ear bitten off? I like *small* birds. Macaws are way too smart to really be kept as pets, especially since they could break one of your fingers off with their beaks. :) A fluffy stuffed animal would be fine, though at this point I'm tending towards trying to pare down my material possessions, and have found myself with an awful lot of very cute, but kind of redundant, fluffy stuffed penguins. :) Really, all you need to give me is a phone call whenever you're in town (and maybe a corner of floor to crash on in Manhattan if I ever do make it out your direction).

Date: 2004-01-15 07:59 am (UTC)2. Yes.

10. Sudden endings, aggressive christians.
11. Things about women in the sciences.

13. I have no idea.
14. A few weeks ago.
15. I don't think so.
16. Not maliciously.
17. Surprising.
18. About the same.
19. I don't know.
20. That I'd only get married if Elvis were involved.
no subject
Date: 2004-01-22 10:57 am (UTC)Heh. That was pretty much drawn straight from the fact that you once joked that you would only get married if it was in Vegas and Elvis was officiating. I took that to mean not just any Elvis impersonator, but The King himself. So, that was a jokey way of saying that no, I don't think you'll get married. :)

Date: 2004-01-22 11:11 am (UTC)I also once had a plan with Cosyne to have a wedding in vegas where we refused to get married and made Glen officiate wearing a big pink dress. We were also going to open it up to the public for a cover charge and get the Dead Milkmen to play.
