I agree. Us MN people seem to have a particular affinity for our State Fair. Where else can you get fried ice cream on a stick? I wonder if there are other states who love their fair as much. Maybe other midwestern states? My sister and I worked at the WCCO booth for several years. I haven't been there since moving to CA, though. I wonder what it would be like to go back now.
